ESutras Heavenly Rose massage oil

ESutras Heavenly Rose massage oil contains pure extract and otto of Shatapatri, or Indian wild Rosa Centifolia. It is the rose traditionally used in Ayurveda for enhancing beauty and as a traditional feminine medicine. Fragrant rose petals are considered cooling in Ayurveda, and therefore excellent for balancing Pitta. Rose petals are said to contribute the sweet, pungent, bitter and astringent tastes.

The fragrance of roses does more than delighting your senses (even those who do not usually like it) while it awakens your heart charka, (the Cardiac Plexus or ?Hridhuya? is a marma point highly valued in Ayurvedic therapy as a master point and the seat of Atma,or Life), rose gently nourishes the spirit by relaxing the body. Another important marma connected with the Rose is ?Nabhi? or the navel, seat of the endocrine system.

This massage oil is especially useful both on a physical and psychological level. Helps to remove wrinkles, lines and blemishes on skin, while naturally help ease emotional upheavel and mental stress. Excellent as a postpartum oil, for mother and baby (use diluted with almond oil if scent is too much for baby) as rose is known to enhance natural emotional bonds.

Ingredients:

Almond, Apricot kernel, coconut, sunflower, safflower and sesame oils combined with Rose extracts, rose otto, essential oils of rose geranium, lavender, frankincense, and an ethnic blend of bala, aloevera with Tincture of Benzoin (Styrax benzoin), and rosemary antioxidants.
